There is a constant flow of energy. this flow is infinite; it flows over, around, and through everything in all place at once. If this force is acted on by an opposing force, it will oppose the opposing force.

This flow of energy is invisible to most but still it is very much there. have you heard of "string theory"? string theory is the idea that "all objects in our universe are composed of vibrating filaments (strings) and membranes of energy". an invisible energy force that dictates the fundamental laws of our universe.
Along with this there resides a much smaller universe; a micro cosmos , one that resides in our own mind and body. What if I told you what you and I may call reality may in fact be one giant hallucination that our conscience brain has developed to give meaning to its own existence? According to neuroscientist Anil Seth "Right now, billions of neurons in your brain are working together to generate a conscious experience -- and not just any conscious experience, your experience of the world around you and of yourself within it. How does this happen? we're all hallucinating all the time; when we agree about our hallucinations, we call it "reality." I will post a link to a video at the bottom for you to follow up, it is a very interesting video about conscience reality.

Still not much is known about the dream state besides that we dream by releasing Melatonin from our brain, which causes us to hallucinate and see vivid or distorted images while we are resting.

I am going to finish this excerpt with something I wrote a couple of years ago that inspired me to find my own path and create a reality for myself in which I could truly be happy.

"Travel this road with the curiosity of a newborn, ask the questions you have been told to ignore.
There is a wonder here we may never truly understand, still it is our destiny to try and understand it. The only way to learn and grow, is to stop and listen".
"where of one cannot speak, thereof one must listen". -Wittgenstein
"The road is long and treacherous , but it is a road we must learn to walk regardless the struggle". -Enigma
